Meet the Founder & Broker

Amber O’Flaherty serves as the founder and broker of Emet Commercial Management. She is a dedicated business owner, mother, to two girls, and wife to Scott.

Amber brings with her more than 13 years of commercial property management, real estate and financial experience in a wide variety of real estate assets. She is responsible for overseeing management and operations including: asset management, property management, portfolio management strategies, investor relations, financial accounting and administration. During her management experience, Amber has been responsible for millions of commercial property square footage, including but not limited to: commercial and residential assets, development projects, industrial properties, office, and retail shopping centers.

Prior to starting her own brokerage, Amber spent several successful years acting as a Director of Operations and Property Manager, assisting in transactions and management worth several hundred million dollars of investments in a wide variety of real estate transactions across the United States. Amber also has an extensive background in banking and bookkeeping. 

Amber’s aspiration is to bring specialized value to her clients while managing their assets as if they were her own. She believes in taking a proactive approach and customizing business services to meet each client’s needs and goals for their specific assets and help maximize value.
